In diesem Artikel wird eine darüberhinausgehende multiparametrische, specklebasierte Cha-rakterisierung anisotroper Oberflächen vorgestellt. Dabeiwerden die Bearbeitungsrichtung, die dazu senkrechte la-terale Korrelationslänge und die bidirektionalen Rauheits-parameter aus einem einzigen Specklemuster bestimmt.
