HoloMorPh

HoloMorPh

The EU-funded Pathfinder project HoloMorPh aims to revolutionize the manufacturing of planar photonic components by developing a sustainable, single-step, all-optical holo-lithographic platform. By combining novel light-responsive materials (photomorphers) with advanced vectorial digital holography and an AI-driven real-time feedback loop, the project enables the direct fabrication, refinement, and reprogramming of high-performance flat optics using only light.

HOLOEYE tasks in the project

As a key partner, HOLOEYE contributes its long-standing expertise in spatial light modulators and ultra-high resolution applications to this breakthrough technology. By developing novel large active area, ultra-high-resolution, and UV-resistant Spatial Light Modulators (SLMs) and assisting in the integration of structuring-enhancing meta-optics, HOLOEYE is paving the way for next-generation, eco-friendly photonic devices for applications in optical lithography.
